Job Summary:

The Expeditor/Scheduler Clerk will be responsible for coordinating the production schedule, managing paper usage, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Manage paper usage and inventory levels
  • Issue and receive reports, and distribute schedules to departments and machines
  • Create job pockets with order details and distribute copies to required departments
  • Pull partial run orders back to scheduling and bring partial order printing copies back to graphics
  • Check stock orders production and receipts, and put on Close no bill list send this list to billing
  • Match pocket with original orders and put in numerical order
  • Provide completed job pockets to billing department and file completed order with all required documentation
  • File production reports and web roll usage reports
  • Relabel all stock items
  • Provide routine administrative support
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in administration or production of work orders
  • General office, computer, and data entry skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills
Work Environment:

The Expeditor/Scheduler Clerk will work in a general office environment with occasional exposure to manufacturing areas. The position requires extended periods of use of office equipment, manual dexterity, and regular utilization of written and verbal communication skills.
