Exciting opportunity with Advanced Recruiting Partners, a firm focused on Biotech specializing in Respiratory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee global clinical studies from initiation through to completion.
  • Ensure projects are managed effectively to meet timelines and budgetary constraints as established with clients.
  • Coordinate all team efforts to facilitate the successful delivery and execution of clinical trials.
  • Provide regular updates and project reports to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain the financial integrity of clinical studies.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings, investigator meetings, and team discussions.
  • Negotiate agreements, budgets, and schedules with sponsors, sites, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Clinical Project Management within the clinical research sector.
  • Prior involvement with Phases I-IV from initiation to closure is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with SOPs, ICH/GCP guidelines, and local regulations.
  • Experience working with CROs or Sponsors.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, management, and analytical skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
