Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Physician to join our team at Joulé. As a Clinical Research Physician, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of clinical trials, working closely with our team of researchers and clinicians to ensure the success of our research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to research teams on the conduct of clinical trials
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including medical professionals and local opinion leaders
  • Collaborate with colleagues across functions, including Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Patient Engagement
  • Lead and oversee a team of researchers and clinical staff involved in the conduct of clinical trials
  • Ensure the successful execution of research protocols in accordance with FDA regulations and GCP guidelines
  • Evaluate study participant eligibility and perform physical exams and assessments as required
  • Complete all industry-required training and stay up-to-date on the latest clinical research developments
Requirements
  • 10 years' post-training experience as a physician in gastroenterology
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of hire with no history of license suspension or debarment
  • Advanced knowledge of treatment and drug interactions
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and biopharmaceutical sponsors
  • Strong attention to detail and leadership qualities
