About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Studies Core Manager. This is a critical role that will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Clinical Studies Core, ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials and research projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management and Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and management of the Clinical Studies Core, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Study Coordination: Coordinate and manage the logistics of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, data collection, and study documentation.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement processes to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Clinical Studies Core, ensuring timely completion of projects and high-quality results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout the research process.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A relevant post-baccalaureate degree is required, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical research, research operations, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a clinical research setting, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
