- Study Coordination: Coordinate and manage the logistics of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, data collection, and study documentation.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement processes to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Clinical Studies Core, ensuring timely completion of projects and high-quality results.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout the research process.
- Education and Experience: A relevant post-baccalaureate degree is required, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical research, research operations, or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a clinical research setting, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
