Position Overview:
The Lease End Operations Supervisor will lead and support the Lease Maturity team in executing essential functions such as managing customer communications at lease termination, processing end-of-lease charges, and ensuring the collection of outstanding balances.


This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, enhancing lease maturity collections, mitigating compliance risks, and optimizing operational performance within the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Oversee staffing requirements, set departmental objectives, and manage the recruitment and onboarding of new talent.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and ensure comprehensive training programs are in place.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and collaborate with Human Resources on performance management initiatives.
  • Evaluate and refine operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Address customer and dealer inquiries related to lease maturity effectively.
  • Facilitate team meetings and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while performing various administrative tasks.


Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role and 5 years in customer service, collections, or financial services.

Education:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, provide constructive feedback, and manage daily workflows.


Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
