ENGIE is seeking a highly skilled Market Risk Advisor to join our Global Energy Management and Sales (GEMS) team. As a key member of our Risk team, you will be responsible for providing analytical and market insight support to our Commercial and Risk teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments of origination deals and investments
- Evaluate regulatory and market changes, updating models and analyses
- Develop, enhance, and maintain tools, methodologies, and reports for pricing and risk assessment
- Perform periodic and ad-hoc analysis, proposing and evaluating commercial strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Expertise Centers to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-year degree in an analytical and quantitative discipline
- Minimum 7 years of general business experience, with 3 years of relevant experience in Competitive Energy Markets
- Knowledge of financial derivatives and commodity markets
- Proficient in data handling, structuring, and analysis
