Job Title: Sr Client Service Specialist, Commercial Risk

The Baldwin Group, a leading insurance brokerage firm, is seeking a highly skilled Sr Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial risk management team, you will play a critical role in delivering expertly crafted insurance and risk management solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with advisors, line of business specialists, and dedicated client servicing professionals to analyze client data and evaluate needs.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management solutions designed to meet clients' financial goals.
  • Manage all policy activity aspects of assigned accounts, including endorsements and invoicing.
  • Present new business and renewal risks to the insurance marketplace for quoting.
  • Maintain a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients, the organization, and Insurance Company Partners to minimize potential for errors and omissions claims.

Requirements:

  • Exhibits excellent client service and problem-solving skills.
  • Can comfortably work in a team environment.
  • Possesses intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and at least 2 years' relevant experience is required.
  • Current P&C license as required by the State Department of Insurance to effectively service clients or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses.
