International Wealth Management Advisor

Job Summary:
The International Wealth Management (IWM) Wealth Advisor 3 serves the Non-Resident/Foreign Nationals client segment, including PEPs, PICS, and select professional firms. This role manages a portfolio of approximately 25-50 clients, developing and maintaining important revenue-generating client relationships within the defined Reserve/GenSpring market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the primary point of contact, integration, and responsibility for IWM clients, the Wealth Advisor sells, delivers, and provides ongoing service for a broad range of fee income and retail banking products and services appropriate to our affluent NRA clients.
- The role requires significant relationship management, business development, presentation, and sales skills that establish the Wealth Advisor as a trusted, client-focused, financial advisor with capabilities to serve affluent clients, including the UHNW segment ($5MM+).
- Responsible for new client acquisition and the growth, enhancement, and retention of their existing book of business.
- Provides integrated delivery of a broad range of wealth products and services, including financial planning, asset management, personal trust and estate planning, insurance, and risk management services.
- Establishes and updates periodically their understanding of client financial needs and conditions based on sound profiling and personal financial planning analysis.
- Acts as a personal financial planning/advisory resource for clients, their attorneys, and CPAs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with concentrations in personal financial planning, investment management, business administration, accounting, finance, or banking, or equivalent education and related training.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressively more responsible International banking, investment, and personal financial planning/advisory related experience with experience in affluent client relationship management and business development with complex and significant client cases.
- FINRA: 7 & 63, 65, or 66 and 215 Health Variable & Life insurance license.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills, with proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- International travel is required.
- Spoken and written fluency in one or more languages other than English is necessary.
