Leisha Willis - State Farm Agency is seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is centered around delivering exceptional customer service for a well-established State Farm Agent.
We are looking for a talented individual who can establish strong relationships with customers, provide prompt and accurate service, and educate customers about insurance options. If you have a passion for customer care and a knack for understanding customer needs, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Insurance Service Provision: Provide accurate and friendly service to customers, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Customer Education: Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options, helping them make informed decisions about their coverage.
