Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated professional to take on the role of Supervisor for our residential living facilities in the DFW area.

This full-time leadership role entails limited supervisory duties for residents while overseeing the performance of direct care Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians (MHRT-I).

The Supervisor position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, although flexibility may be required based on program needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the direct care team and addressing performance issues of house managers with assistance from the Compliance Manager.
  • Coordinating staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for the facility.
  • Supporting residents in achieving their individual service plan goals, personal care, and other assigned needs to enhance their quality of life.
  • Providing assistance and support to clients and staff during crisis situations.
  • Ensuring compliance with medication administration practices and procedures.
  • Facilitating the intake and discharge processes for residents while maintaining accurate clinical records.
  • Collaborating closely with legal guardians and authorized external agencies to guarantee the delivery of quality services.

The Supervisor role demands adaptability and the capability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks with varying deadlines. Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with basic supervisory abilities, are essential. The position also requires providing after-hours on-call supervision.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree
  • Current Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
