Job Description

As a Lease Renewal Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the lease renewal process from start to finish.

This will include preparing and sending renewal notices to tenants, updating our Property Management app, and tracking lease renewals.

You will also provide support at the reception desk and assist with tenant inquiries.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, organizing, and managing monthly lease renewal details for our Client Relations team
  • Communicating with tenants and staff via email, phone, and Slack
  • Preparing and sending renewal notices to tenants
  • Updating our Property Management app ensuring information is recorded correctly
  • Tracking lease renewals and ensuring all data is up-to-date
  • Providing support at the reception desk and assisting with tenant inquiries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency with Google Suite
  • Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus
  • Previous experience in customer service (1 – 2 years preferred)
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
