The Romanoff Group of Companies, a leading provider of electrical services, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage electrical projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with supervisors, trade contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met
  • Monitor project performance, identify and resolve obstacles, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with project coordinators to facilitate weekly action plans and ensure timely billing
  • Review and interpret project documents, including blueprints and shop drawings
  • Conduct project estimating and ensure awarded projects are attainable within contract quotes and timelines
  • Oversee subcontracts and monitor weekly performance for conformance to contract agreements and schedules
  • Participate in employee performance review process and provide accurate job performance appraisals
  • Cultivate a working relationship with managers, supervisors, fellow workers, and customers to promote a cooperative environment


Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Commercial electrical field
  • New Construction experience
  • A valid driver's license


Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of an Accredited Apprenticeship Program


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting
  • Ability to speak English and hear to communicate
  • Ability to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools
  • Ability to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and stairways, and occasionally work off platforms/scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves, and safety toe, construction-grade work boots
