Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Team Lead - Commercial Service

PODS is revolutionizing the moving and storage industry with its innovative approach to providing portable storage containers. As a Sales & Customer Service Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Utilize advanced communication systems to manage high volumes of customer calls, ensuring prompt resolution and detailed tracking.
  2. Salesforce Management: Leverage subject matter expert knowledge of Salesforce to manage and resolve customer cases, ensuring thorough attention to detail.
  3. Sales Value Process Coaching: Mentor and guide the sales team in implementing and excelling in the sales value process, enhancing their ability to promote company products and services.
  4. Leadership Escalation Handling: Manage and resolve high-level escalation calls and cases with expert solutions, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  5. Customer Relationship Building: Foster and enhance customer relationships from initial interaction to final scheduling of container pick-up, striving for 100% customer satisfaction.
  6. Logistics Coordination: Oversee the scheduling of deliveries, pick-ups, re-deliveries, and final container pick-ups, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
  7. Franchisee and Corporate Relations: Maintain strong, customer-centric relationships with franchisees and corporate operations staff.
  8. Operational Excellence: Perform comprehensive audits of customer interactions and surveys to ensure leadership standards are met.
  9. Performance and Quality Assurance: Evaluate team interactions, provide targeted coaching, and generate actionable insights from customer feedback and root cause analyses.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years' experience in a high volume sales call center or customer service environment; Business-to-Business experience preferred.
  • Collaborative with strong negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solver able to deal with ambiguity.
