Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume sales call center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and motivate team members.
