Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an Operations Coordinator at Avant Gardner. This role involves supporting various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, training, compliance, and payroll support.
Main Responsibilities- Supports diverse HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll support
- Liaises with senior management to identify training needs and facilitate employee training programs
- Collaborates with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate benefit deductions
- Maintains accurate records and prepares necessary reports for compliance, audits, and senior management review
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources or a related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
