Front Office Supervisor

We're seeking a charismatic Front Office Manager to join our team at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you'll be responsible for supervising the front office team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role- Lead a team of front office staff to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient hotel experience.
- Manage front office operations, including guest check-in, room assignments, and billing.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role, preferably in an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field is an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of front office operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
