In the role of Payroll Administration Associate, your primary responsibility will be to accurately compile and manage payroll documentation for employees at Moundsville Healthcare Center. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing overtime, paid time off, and trade requests while liaising with Corporate Payroll as necessary.
  • Upholding the confidentiality and respect of all employees.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior payroll experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with Workday and/or Kronos is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities
