  • Develop and implement SOPs for transactional and month-end activities.

  • Provide insight into industry standards and areas for improvement from financial results.
  • Lead insurance plan negotiations and ensure compliance with banking and liability requirements.
  • Manage cash flow and drive improvements in A/P Processing and Payments, and A/R collections.
  • Prepare reports and respond to document requests daily.
  • Research ways to continuously improve technology, efficiency, and processes.
Requirements:
  • 5 years progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
  • Ability to research, learn, and implement new technologies.
