About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Specialist to join our team at Highmark Health. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and technical abilities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for working directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and then designing, developing, and implementing analytical solutions to meet those needs.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in statistics, machine learning, and computer programming, and excellent communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement analytical solutions to meet business needs
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A Master's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer and Information Science, Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in data science, with a strong background in statistics, machine learning, and computer programming
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $108,000 - $199,800 per year.
