We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Healthcare Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality medical care to seniors and individuals with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a Home Healthcare Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based medical care, examining and treating chronic and urgent health issues, and collaborating with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a strong knowledge base of HIPAA and OSHA regulations. You will also have proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, employee referral program, and professional licensure reimbursement.

Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based medical care to seniors and individuals with complex needs
  • Examine and treat chronic and urgent health issues
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
Qualifications
  • Active state Nurse Practitioners license
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
