Key Responsibilities
  • Process lottery ticket purchases and redemptions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Scan and upload lottery tickets, track progress, and manage orders with precision
  • Coordinate workflow to meet goals and deadlines, ensuring seamless operations
  • Maintain and troubleshoot printing and scanning equipment to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to drive Jackpocket's success and achieve business objectives
  • Assist with ad-hoc operational projects as needed, leveraging expertise and creativity
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology and computer software, with Microsoft Excel skills a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
