Job Overview

The Accessories Sales Consultant at Eide Chrysler St Cloud is a key role responsible for driving sales and promoting the dealership's selection of automotive accessories to customers.

This individual will leverage their sales expertise and knowledge of automotive accessories to increase the dealership's revenue and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all automotive accessories offered by the dealership.
  • Actively promote and sell accessories to customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide insight and support on potential accessory sales with customers.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and proper display of accessories in the showroom.
  • Negotiate with customers to finalize sales and pricing.
  • Work closely with the Parts and Service departments to ensure proper accessory installation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product offerings to drive sales and meet customer demand.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the dealership's CRM system.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of automotive accessories and trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
