Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Handle all guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a satisfactory impression is maintained.
- Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to associates to ensure Omni Standards are met, and ongoing support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all department managers, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Operations: Be familiar with the hotel computer system, including training, maintenance, and troubleshooting, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Supply Management: Complete weekly supply inventories to ensure adequate pars are maintained, and rate discrepancy reports are accurate and up-to-date.
- Group Services: Prepare group information sheets, block and assign applicable arrivals, and complete check-out with balance reports.
- Credit and Financial Management: Complete credit checks daily and adhere to all Systems & Controls of the Front Office and relevant areas of responsibility.
- Marketing and Loyalty: Ensure knowledge and training of Marketing Programs of the company and hotel, and work closely with the Loyalty Ambassador to track and service select guests.
- Experience: Previous luxury hotel experience is required.
- Schedule and Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift.
- Skills and Knowledge: Customer service oriented, ability to multi-task, detail orientation, and excellent organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of Property Management Systems and related computer programs, as well as strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, is also required.
