• Welcome visitors as they arrive at the facility.
• Engage with both potential and current clients effectively.
• Foster relationships with families, remembering their names and their children's names.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism, aiming for a mutually beneficial resolution.
• Notify management of any unresolved issues.
• Set a positive example for fellow staff members by embodying a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
