Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers as they enter the facility
• Communicate effectively with both potential and existing clients
• Establish relationships with families, remembering their names and their children's names
• Address customer complaints with grace, aiming for a win/win resolution
• Notify management of any unresolved complaints
• Set a positive example for other staff members by prioritizing customer-focused interactions
