Customer Engagement Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers as they enter the facility
• Communicate effectively with both potential and current customers
• Establish relationships with families, remembering their names and their children's names
• Address customer concerns with a focus on achieving a positive outcome
• Notify management of any unresolved issues
• Set a positive example for other staff by prioritizing customer satisfaction in every interaction
