• Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival
• Communicate clearly with both potential and current clients
• Establish rapport with families, remembering their names and their children's names
• Address customer concerns tactfully, aiming for a mutually beneficial resolution
• Notify management of any unresolved issues
• Set a positive example for colleagues by prioritizing customer satisfaction in every interaction
