Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients with a warm and friendly reception, directing them to the appropriate area while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Register patients for various visit types and admit processes, collecting demographic and financial information accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify patient information with third-party payers, collect insurance referrals, and communicate with patients and physicians regarding authorization requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, clinical staff, and downstream departments, contributing to a seamless patient flow.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or healthcare industry preferred.
