About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Mindful Sprouts. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with exceptionalities and their families.

You will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, schools, and community environments. Your responsibilities will include consulting with caregivers, providing training, conducting behavioral evaluations, and designing individualized support plans for clients.

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, and individual education plans for clients on your caseload. You will also supervise and educate Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and evaluate behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school-based programs
  • Design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
  • Teach Registered Behavioral Technicians the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and plans
  • Conduct regular caregiver and/or teacher training
  • Supervise and evaluate the work of Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Meet with the Clinical Director to discuss client progress and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, or related field
  • BCBA certification and/or licensed professional
  • At least two years of experience serving individuals with ASDs or related diagnoses
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of behavior-analytic therapies
  • Experience with staff training and supervision
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team
