Job Summary:

As a Corporate Information Analyst Tax Services, you will be responsible for managing federal, state, county, and government filings related to corporations and joint ventures owned or operated by AdventHealth or its affiliated entities. You will also serve as a system administrator for the Global Entity Management System (GEMS) database system, accumulating, verifying, maintaining, and analyzing data. Additionally, you will assist executive and administrative personnel with corporate information, manage payment of departmental invoices, and research and prepare quarterly Board Charts submitted to the AHS Board for voting.

Key Responsibilities:

Federal, state, county, and government filings as they relate to corporations/joint ventures owned or operated by AHS or AHS affiliated entities
File Annual Reports for all entities in all states of operation
Register/track/renew fictitious names for all entities in all states of operation
Data entry, verification, maintenance, and analysis in GEMS system
Research and preparation of quarterly Board Charts depicting changes in Board of Directors and/or Officers for AHS wholly owned (or otherwise authorized) entities. Record those changes in GEMS and create new reports for each entity.
Input/track/research payment of invoices for services obtained by Legal Services Dept.
Assists executive/administrative personnel on corporate information.

Requirements:

Paralegal degree or Minimum of 3 years corporate law experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Mastery in GEMS
BasWare (accounts payable system)
Healthcare law experience
Experience working with lawyers
Experience in healthcare industry
Notary Public for State of Florida
