Patient Care Technician II PRN

Coffee Regional Medical C is seeking a skilled Patient Care Tech II PRN to join our team. As a Patient Care Tech II PRN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support services to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed personnel, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients, as well as brushing teeth and combing hair.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as toileting, transferring, and ambulating.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, behavior, and physical condition, and report any concerns to the facility staff.
- Work effectively in high-stress situations and communicate goals and outcomes to patients and families.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment, and operate equipment and perform procedures in a safe manner.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, and provide post-mortem care as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
