Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Youth Villages. As a key member of our Residential Treatment program, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between Residential staff and Counselors. Your day-to-day tasks will include working directly with youth, providing therapy sessions, completing admissions and discharges, and facilitating treatment meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to residents
  • Complete admissions and discharges for residential campuses
  • Facilitate treatment meetings and consultations
  • Collaborate with Residential staff and Counselors to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a social services discipline
  • Pursue licensure with supervision provided
  • Counseling experience required; experience with at-risk youth preferred
