Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Clinical Care Coordinator who will provide high-quality patient care in a medical practice office or clinic under the direction of a healthcare provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, providing patient education, and mentoring junior staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care services, including vital sign measurements, injections, and basic wound care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely completion of documentation
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow to minimize wait times
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Technical Degree or Diploma in Medical Assisting preferred
  • 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting
  • AAMA Certified Medical Assistant or AMT Registered Medical Assistant certification (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
