About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager at Zeal, you'll serve as a go-to contact for our customers, providing implementation, go-live, and product launch support. You'll also report directly to the CEO, serving as their right-hand for all customer-related motions.

Key Responsibilities
  • In partnership with business and product leaders, identify and accelerate key partner initiatives across several verticals
  • Own relationships with partners, advocating for them internally and understanding their problems to execute on solutions
  • Partner with solutions engineers to solve technical problems for customers and build helpful technical guides
  • Provide intellectual leadership through business analyses to develop concrete solutions or recommendations for partners
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships across Zeal's and partner leadership teams, becoming a trusted thought partner on program management, fintech, and partner growth
  • Ideate with the Program Management Team and execute on initiatives to drive-down integration time, reduce integration churn, and increase customer NPS and resign percentages
