Position Overview: We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Plumbing Sales and Service Specialist to become part of our dedicated team. This position requires a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of service and expertise in plumbing installations and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales with integrity, achieving a minimum close ratio of 65%.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, aiming for a 100% customer satisfaction rating.
- Manage cancellation rates, ensuring they remain below 5% to reflect our dedication to service and customer trust.
- Achieve an average sales ticket of $7,500, showcasing strong sales skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing services, including at least 2 years in a sales capacity and 2 years in plumbing installations. A proven track record of meeting sales KPIs, including high close ratios and customer satisfaction ratings, is essential.
