About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and develop customized plans to help them achieve them.
  • Partner with clients to create comprehensive investment strategies that align with their values and objectives.
  • Oversee branch processes and ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and mutual respect.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $38,500 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes medical and prescription drug coverage, dental and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the securities/financial services industry.
  • Financial services registration, licensing, or certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
