Key Responsibilities
As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Actively assisting our team in bioremediation projects
* Supervising the successful completion of jobs
* Accurately estimating project scopes, managing cleanups, and handling necessary paperwork
* Effectively communicating with customers, selling tailored scopes of work, and obtaining sign-off to initiate work
* Leading on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction

The salary range for this position is $30-36 per hour, and we offer a hybrid pay structure where you earn based on the work being performed. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible schedules, paid training, uniforms provided, and career growth opportunities.

You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, responding to dispatch calls within one hour, lifting up to 50lbs, and handling physically demanding tasks. A valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record are required. We also encourage military personnel to apply.
