Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Surgical Care Coordinator to join our surgical team in Memphis, Tennessee. The Surgical Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating preoperative and postoperative care for patients undergoing surgery.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role
The Surgical Care Coordinator will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process. Responsibilities include preparing patients for surgery, coordinating postoperative care, and documenting all aspects of patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate preoperative and postoperative care for patients undergoing surgery
  • Prepare patients for surgery by obtaining necessary information and testing
  • Coordinate postoperative care by scheduling follow-up appointments and communicating with patients and their families

Requirements:

  • 2 years RN OR experience with travel or 3 years' experience with no travel
  • Compact or TN License at time of submittal
  • Must live at least 100 miles from facility
  • COVID-19 Vaccine Flu Vaccine
