N-iX, a software development service company, is seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Leader to oversee the entire organization's digital transformation projects for a world-leading Tax Service Industry customer. As a pivotal member of our team, you will work closely with various business units to drive transformative initiatives, collaborating with the C-Suite to facilitate significant business growth.

About the Role

This high-visibility position provides an excellent opportunity for a seasoned program director to lead digital transformation programs varying in scope and budget, engaging with teams across multiple locations and time zones. Our client, the largest Firm in the world dedicated exclusively to business taxes, provides an integrated suite of federal, state, local, and international tax services on a multijurisdictional basis. With global headquarters in Dallas, Texas, the Firm offers cutting-edge technology services and consulting expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Product Management and Business Stakeholders to understand priorities and business value, setting strategic goals and objectives for programs and refining as required.
  • Establish a program release plan outlining product roadmap scope, dependencies, budget, and milestones dates for each product development team.
  • Lead the program team structure and resource plan, working with project teams to ensure resources are onboarded effectively.
  • Establish modern software product development practices/tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive effective communication and common synchronization events across program teams, monitoring program schedules and making corrections when necessary.
  • Track program status and provide regular updates to leadership and executive team members.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 10+ years' experience in IT or related fields, with 5+ years in a project/program management leadership role.
  • Proven track record as a successful program director managing programs greater than $5m.
  • Experience managing multiple teams with complex dependencies and knowledge of current program management methods.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Benefits
