Nurse Leader Opportunity in Oncology/Neurology

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Oncology/Neurology team as a Clinical Supervisor.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to guide, lead, and develop nursing staff to ensure high standards of care. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for selecting and onboarding new coworkers, monitoring and improving nursing sensitive indicators, and utilizing quality and safety metrics to enhance patient care.

Requirements
  • Current Oklahoma RN License
  • 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
  • BLS & ACLS certification
  • NIHSS certification within three months of employment
