We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond in St. James, NY.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assist with daily living activities.
- Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output.
- Valid NY State LPN license.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Good standing with State Registry.
