We are a well-staffed State-of-the-Art Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team.

The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work closely with our Director of Nursing to provide exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, and local policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order and distribute medications, supplies, and equipment as needed
  • Follow a designated care plan to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Perform assigned duties, including wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to patient care
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the rights of residents, family members, and facility information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license as a Practical Nurse valid in the State of New York
  • Skilled Nursing experience is preferred
