Client Interaction Manage daily communications and coordination with the client’s representative.

Deliver outstanding hospitality to the end users within the organization.

Analyze trends and relay feedback from clients to the management teams, actively participating in the enhancement of client programs.

Proactively address and resolve client issues.

Listen attentively and respond to the client’s needs.

Engage in initiatives that add a unique touch to our client relationships.

Team Leadership Assist various on-site teams in their continuous development, addressing any challenges they face in their daily operations.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages cross-team collaboration and feedback.

Operational Management Oversee a team of external pantry providers, caterers, and service technicians during their on-site activities.

Clearly communicate expectations and success criteria to on-site teams through detailed task lists and effective communication.

Manage on-site projects, including the introduction of new services or products.

Handle daily responsibilities such as inventory management, catering oversight, budget tracking, and order placement to maintain an organized client space for all food and beverage needs.
