Job Overview

i9 Sports - Beaumont/Port Arthur, TX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Volleyball Coach to lead our youth sports programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert instruction and guidance to athletes, promoting a positive youth sports culture, and delivering a fun and engaging experience for all participants.

Responsibilities
  • Lead volleyball clinics focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
  • Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values
  • Communicate clinic information to players and parents using established platforms
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings
  • Having own equipment is a plus
