Key Responsibilities

As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will facilitate communication between customers and your team, ensuring engagement and demonstrating the value we deliver. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing budgets in collaboration with the Resident Business Manager.
  • Leading the implementation and oversight of maintenance programs and processes for automated systems at client locations.
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships while ensuring adherence to safety policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to enhance KNAPP's reputation.
  • Mentoring and developing your team to meet defined service level agreements.
  • Managing training requirements and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
  • Conducting risk assessments and maintaining accountability for health and safety within the maintenance scope.
  • Preparing detailed reports on commercial and technical activities.
  • Championing process improvements to elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that all team members understand the commercial implications of their decisions.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Management, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in maintenance roles, leading to supervisory or managerial positions.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing repairs across various machinery systems.
  • Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English/German are preferred but not mandatory.
