Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at Syncreon Consulting. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site development and utilities, vertical construction, unit punchout and turnover, and site amenities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement construction schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to budget
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction management, with a strong background in site supervision
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of subcontractors
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
