Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Home Health Pediatric Caregiver. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to pediatric clients in their homes, promoting their health, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on personal care, perform simple procedures, and assist with ambulation or exercises as directed.
  • Assist with administering medications and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document client care and report any changes or concerns to the Administrator/Clinical Manager.
  • Participate in client care conferences and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance coverage
  • BLS certification required but may be obtained after hire
  • COVID-19 vaccine compliance
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
