Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Engineering Manager to oversee software development and the CloudOS release quality team. This is a highly technical role where you will lead the quality efforts for OS delivery for Private cloud compute.

About This Role

  • Collaborate with a dedicated, passionate, and intelligent engineering team and cross-functional partners to deliver the optimal user experience and create a company wide impact
  • Immerse yourself in a highly collaborative and rapidly evolving environment to integrate novel technologies into our designs
  • Drive both individual product enhancements and comprehensive system validation activities

Responsibilities

  • Lead team activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams on larger initiatives
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Effectively communicate project plans and progress to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven excellence in Engineering management
  • 5+ years leading a development or qualification teams
  • Sense of urgency and flexibility is key to success in this position

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is between $181,000 and $313,000 per year, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
