Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Networking Systems Developer to join our team at Amazon. As a member of our EC2 Networking team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance networking systems that meet the needs of our customers.

Your responsibilities will include leading architecture decisions, participating in design reviews, and implementing code changes. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. You will need to be able to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to lead a team of engineers in achieving their goals.

We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated at $163,400/year, which reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, we also offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
