Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Specialist to join our team in Norwalk, Connecticut. As a Client Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client scheduling, communication, and follow-up calls to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Gather and maintain client data, tracking referrals and ensuring accurate records.
  • Process payments and verify insurance coverage to ensure seamless billing and reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists to coordinate scheduling, patient arrivals, and needs.
  • Maintain accurate logs of reports sent to and from doctors, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a professional environment.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Empathetic and compassionate towards patients in pain, with a strong work ethic and integrity.
